An OK option if you need to be in this area of Brussels but there are certainly better options.

We needed a specific location in Brussels and the hotel worked well for that.

The hotel a bit stark and otherwise unremarkable. Would definitely not stay there again.

The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff member who did check out was veeeery nice and kind

The location is the biggest issue. The hotel is placed at the end of business district. Not the best public transportation there and there is no single shop of restaurant nearby, except of weird supermarket behind the hotel. The room looked used, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast is too expensive

Lobby looks fancy, staff is nice. Room has a kettle, coffee machine and a big TV.

This hotel was probably good 30 years ago. It looks it needs some renovating. For this price it's an absolute rip off. Our window was facing other rooms windows 3 meters away.

We were very satisfied with everything and the price was also very reasonable.

The room, the location and proximity to the train station. Also, our flight into Brussels was delayed so we only arrived after midnight but the reception could not have been more accommodating.

The room temperature was very hot but we were able to counter that by opening a window.

Bed cover was tearing when we first arrived, and I saw some spots on it, the next day after cleaning it was still there. With ignoring that, the overall was perfect in my opinion.

Comfy rooms, big beds. Good facilities in reception, bar & self service shop. Good location. Helpful staff.

Wonderful

I liked that there was a doorman at the hotel, that you had a good fitness room, and that you were close to the train station (see below).

The hotel was very nice, but the location from the north train station could end up being a horrible experience for someone if they walked the wrong direction out of the terminal. I think it would be VERY helpful if you had information on your website describing how to walk to the hotel from the north train station. It was confusing since there are (at least) 3 exits out of the train station. I went the wrong way and ended up in the 'red light district" which was very scary as a single, older woman. It would be very helpful if you had written instruction on your website to explain how to get to the hotel when they arrive at the north train station. (i.e.: exit to _______________ street, turn left walk 2 blocks and turn R and walk 2 blocks). I had google maps, but it took me through a park instead of just walking on the main streets and that was AFTER I turned the wrong way out of the train station and went into the "bad side" of town. Please make it easy for your tourists!

My go to hotel when I stay in Brussels each month

Great value for money and really handy for my business trips each month. Very clean and the staff were all nice. I will try the breakfast option on my next trip in November altho I'm a bit worried about that after reading some of the reviews!

A little bit out from all the good bars/restaurants etc but then the price reflects this.

Great location, awesome beds and good aircon.

Awkward placing of sockets near the desk and it was difficult to get out of the bath. The mini-market was ridiculously expensive.

Really liked cleaning every day, amazing beds and pillows, bathtub in the bathroom, cosmetics, very nice and friendly employees, location is close to city center

Hair dryer is too weak, rooms need renovation and new furniture but it can be seen that it’s getting better, the second bedside table is missing, breakfast is unreasonably expensive

Amazing location, clean, and comfortable rooms.

I checked in 2:30am in the night, having driven 1000km from Denmark to Bruxelles by car, to realize our rooms were cancelled. It took almost 30 minutes before we had new rooms. I had already informed in the Booking.com app that we would arrive in the night. The staff could have called me before cancelling my rooms.
